Who Am I?
Charles Gibbs - I'm an Optimist, Entrepreneur, Marketing Strategist, and Real Estate Investor who began investing in 1998 while living in Minneapolis, MN!  My Real Estate Investing started back in the late '90s and I fell in love with it while living in Minneapolis, MN where he lived for 15 years. He moved on to Licensing myself as a Real Estate Agent in 2000 with the sole purpose of working the business from an Investor's perspective. 
 
I became one of several investors in a Local Real Estate Investor Group that was investing in a Residential Townhouse Development in Minneapolis proper. I owned 6 newly built Townhouses before making the decision in 2005 to move to Phoenix, AZ with the intent to continue with my investing journey.
 
Needless to say, the Phoenix Real Estate Market was Boiling Over and he had made the conscious decision to not overpay so he just stayed on the sideline. By 2007 the writing was on the wall, and then came 2008 and the rest is history as they say! The Market was “Spiraling OUT OF CONTROL” and the Dam Broke!
 
It was like watching the scene in ‘Trading Places’ with Ed Murphy and Dan Aykroyd as the Market collapsed.
It was my training and getting my Real Estate License that helped me to navigate these uncharted waters.
